The XYZZYnews-sponsored IntroComp is being held again this year. IntroComp entries are fully playable introductions to a new game. The top entrants win cash prizes: $100 for 1st place, $60 for 2nd, $40 for third, and $20 for honorable mention. There is one catch: entrants have to finish their game within a year after IntroComp ends. While there have been completed games before, none have won the cash prize. Just think: you could be the first! You must email an intent to enter by July 1, 2008, and submit your game by August 1, 2008.
